Nishikaze is holding its annual charity auction. All proceeds will go to support this year’s charity. We are taking donations of items for the auction. Please check out the guidelines before submitting your items.
Donation Instructions
Please review the following and contact us if there are any uncertainties or questions. These are some new and some reminders. So read carefully!
Please fully complete the submission form.
Please note that if no minimum bid is specified, the items will still be sold, however only according to consumer demand.
We are looking for new, near mint, or gently used item to be donated for this fundraiser. Suggested items: Sealed/Near Mint figures; Sealed/Near Mint DVDs & Blu-Rays; Sealed/Near Mint manga; Original art; Gift cards/certificates.
Please keep items anime, manga or Japanese culture related. If you are unsure about a particular item, please let me know in the box with you item’s description. We will help you decide if it is appropriate or not.
The last day we will be accepting items for Nishikaze Charity Auction will be April 30, 2017. If you do not submit this form by that day, we will not be able accept your items, even if you bring them on the day of.
Donation Guidelines
- Due to time restrictions, a maximum of 40 items will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Please sign in your items at Admission Desk at least two (2) hours before the auction begins. We will not accept late items! Please ensure your items arrive on time to be a part of the auction.
- Please keep in mind that Nishikaze is a family friendly convention. Should any submission include explicit materials, please inform me beforehand, and include a warning on the labels of your items.
